Mar D’Estorias Lagos

Mar D’Estorias Lagos

Mar D’Estorias is a conceptual store in Lagos that combines separates sections with all range of local products, restaurants, sky bar and books section. It is a white building near to the Praça do Infante which hardly catch your attention to enter the building. However, you will get excited as a tourist to start wondering around with attracting products. The next thing is thinking which to buy for your friends and families for souvenirs. I would say Mar D’Estorias has very great selections range of souvenirs to whoever in your list.

Entrance Floor

The selections of Portuguese local products is incredibly great from wines, olive oils, handmade soaps, home decors, culinary sets and many more. The products packaging are well present as a gift for any occasions, that’s why it is highly recommended for souvenirs purchase. If you are a shopaholic, it’s better to go with someone who could hold you back for buying too much. I am being rational enough since I moved here for stop buying unnecessary goods even collections for myself.

Middle Floor

On the upper floor, there are different directions leading to culinary sets displays, bookshop and indoor restaurant through narrow corridors and staircases. I might get a little fascinated with the culinary sets if I’m preparing to move in a new house. There is a small books and audio section overlooking the street through the windows and indoor restaurant. It is a cool place to stay and relax with a book of your favorite for a while. The indoor restaurant offers proper meals menu and you can expect tourist price as usual.

Roof Top

The top floor of the building is the terrace bar which we usually call sky bar. It is an open air roof top bar served with light snacks, dessert and drinks. Summer will be the greatest time to be here when the weather is moderate. I would definitely love to spend an afternoon here with a book, fried sweet potatoes and soft drinks. However,  I might not like it during the super peak season in July or August which crowded with tourists. Click here to have video view.

Share the love if you think it helps others.
